Content On Stapolin Servers
All content on stapolin.com is the property of Stapolin and may not be downloaded, distributed or copied in any way without the permission of Stapolin and any other rightful owners of any content contained on servers managed and/or owned by Stapolin.
The following data must not be, under any circumstances, be place or stored on our servers.
Certain types of adult material including, but not limited to, images of pornographic nature, adult porn, child porn etc.
- Gambling software or any kind
- Pirated software
- Hacking software
- Warez websites
- Spamming software
If any of the above content is found to be placed by an account holder on our servers, the associated account will be suspended without notice and all content contained in that account will removed from our servers.
Background Software
We allow certain types of background software/scripts to be run continuously on our servers. These are considered on a one to one basis. To run background software you must first contact Stapolin informing us of the software and its purpose(s). Any background software found to be running on an account will be disabled or removed until an agreement has been set between Stapolin and the account holder.
Refusal Of Service
Stapolin shall hold the right to refuse or cancel service(s) at its sole discretion. Any violation of the Terms & Conditions will result in a Warning, Suspension, or Termination of account. No refund will be warranted for account terminations due to violations of the Terms & Conditions.Any free domains which are part of a hosting package will be granted to the customer at the end of the hosting term. Domains terminated for breach of policies will not be granted/released to the customer.
Spam / Unsolicited Emails
You may not use the Stapolin network to send spam or unsolicited emails. You may not use a domain name registed by Stapolin as a sender address, reply to address or intermediary for sending any form of spam, mail bombs, unsolicited emails or any sort. A message in violation is a message that has been sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the email message.
Anyone found to be sending spam, may have there domain suspended and incur a fine of up to €100 (Euros) for each violation. Stapolin reserves the right to cancel or refuse the accounts of known spammers. A violation may result in cancellation without warning and without refund.
To protect our IP space, Stapolin has restricted the number of emails sent per hour to 250 email messages per account on all shared hosting accounts.
Domain Registration
Any domain registered through Stapolin that has not had custom name-servers set will be pointed to a Stapolin landing page where Stapolin may profit from advertising revenue on our domain parking pages.
Once a domain has been successfully registered, it is non-refundable.
Hosting Services
Hosting services are purchased on a monthly, bi-monthly, semiannual and annual basis. If you wish to cancel a hosting product, you must inform Stapolin before the next billing date. Once a hosting service has been canceled you will not be billed any further, your hosting account will remain active until the next billing date at which time it will be terminated and deleted from our system and any files will be removed from our servers.
Stapolin offer a 30 day money back guarantee on hosting products purchased on an annual basis only. To avail of our 30 day money back guarantee you must contact Stapolin within 30 days of the date your hosting product was activated. After a 30 day period from date hosting product was activated Stapolin reserve the right to issue a refund.
Billing
All hosting and domain registration services are classed as subscription services. Depending on the type of product/service you have purchased you will be billed at regular intervals. For domain registration, you will be billed on a yearly or bi-yearly basis depending on the domain type purchased. For hosting products, you will be billed monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annually, annually depending on the hosting product purchased and your choice of payment terms at time of purchase.
Each customer will receive a reminder via email no more than 14 days prior to date or renewal or service/product. Any invoices over due for more than 5 days from date of renewal or product/service will result in suspension of service/product.
Deposits
At the present time, deposit are totaled at €70 (or currency equivilant) or 40% of the total quoted price. All deposits are none refundable for any design services. Stapolin reserves the right to change it policy on deposits at any time with or without prior notice. No work will start on design services until a full deposit has been paid.
Promotions and special offers.
From time to time Stapolin may have special offers on domain names. Special offers on domain purchases are for new domains only, regular domain price will be the default price at time of renewal for domain renewals thereafter.

Stapolin will not be held responsible for any damages to you or your business from use of our services and/or products.Stapolin makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Stapolin will not be held responsible for any loss of data or consequences arising from loss of data.Stapolin advise customers to regularly backup their websites to aid avoiding loosing any data you may have stored on Stapolin servers. Any customer providing hosting services on a reseller level will ensure their own customers will abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document. An customer with a reseller hosting account who cancels their subscription with Stapolin, Stapolin will not be held responsible for maintaining hosting for reseller customers.
All and any communication (email, verbal, fax, etc) is between Stapolin and the customer are private and may not be re-distributed or discussed with any other party.
Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions listed in this document may result in a customer account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Stapolin reserves the right to change or modify this document any time, for any reason, without notice.
