Right of Access

Under the GDPR Act, you have the right to access information held about you.

You can exercise this right by contacting us.

In order to processing any right to access request, we are required to verify your identity. Once verified, your data will be provided within 28 days.

Right to be Forgotten

You may request the erasure of any data we hold on you which is not part of the requirements by law that we need to keep certain data for up to 6 years, for example, quote and invoice information.

You can make a request to erase any data that is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected. In order to delete all other personal information, it will require the closure of any accounts you have with Stapolin.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to have any personal data rectified that is incorrect or incomplete. Clients can update their personal information within their client area by signing in with their username and password. Our customer service team can also do this for you if necessary.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where there is no legitimate or lawful reason to do so.
